Japanese Pan Fried Noodles with Tofu & Vegetables

Stir fried Yakisoba noodles, with onion, capsicum, carrots and mushrooms. Seasoned with  Yakisoba sauce, garnished with scallions and Benishoga (pickled ginger strips). Served just like it is on Tokyo!
