Catering 30 - 60 (Per Person Basis)

For catering on per person basis, a chef and coordinating staff will be assigned. Please choose one option for each category of the menu. Anything that you wish to add apart from the set menu would be charged on A’la Carte basis.
Terms & Conditions For Catering
- In-house catering requires minimum order for 10 people and minimum order value of INR 15,000 (tax exclusive)
- Minimum 5 to 7 days confirmation in advance, along with 40% advance payment is required for booking. If you choose to, you can book online too, but you would have to pay whole amount in advance.
- In case of cancellations before 48 hours of the set time, whole amount will be refunded, but any cancellations on or within 48 hours of the catering would result in zero reimbursements.
- We would provide a formal invoice before catering, which needs confirmation on mail from your end, no changes would be made post catering.
- Changes to order can be made 48 hours before the catering, post which we would not be able to entertain any major changes
- The chef can create any other type of sushi from the raw materials available at the catering (which would be based on your actual order), if you so desire.
- Any catering extended beyond the set time will attract additional chef charges @ Rs. 200/ hour for each chef (including the free coordinating staff)

- We recommended you to keep a 10-15% buffer than the actual quantity to be prepared for unusual guest turn out or consumption.
