Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen
A rich pork bone soup with strong non-fried thin noodles that reproduce the authentic texture.
Steps to make your ramen:
- Tear open half of the lid. Remove any seasoning packet and add the seasoning to the ramen.
- Pour 400ml of boiling water up to the inside line of the container.
- Put the lid on and weigh down the lid with a set of chopsticks or a light plate.
- Wait patiently for 5 minutes then stir the noodles well with chopsticks.
- Dig in!
