Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen

A rich pork bone soup with strong n
on-fried thin noodles that reproduce the authentic texture.



Steps to make your ramen:

  1. Tear open half of the lid. Remove any seasoning packet and add the seasoning to the ramen.
  2. Pour 400ml of boiling water up to the inside line of the container.
  3. Put the lid on and weigh down the lid with a set of chopsticks or a light plate.
  4. Wait patiently for 5 minutes then stir the noodles well with chopsticks. 
  5. Dig in!
